For starters, it may be the greatest misnomer ever concocted. As currently practiced today, it's "sickness care." There's very little money in health as it's practiced currently, and endless flows of money in sickness.
Most everyone was alive and remembers the COVID and vaccine mess. It's all on the record and the death and suffering from the tyranny are easily substantiated. It's no different with any other part of the "health care" system---the corruption, the lies, the grants, the NGOs (non-governmental organizations), and on and on. The amounts of money involved are breathtaking, from Big Pharma to big hospital systems, right down to the professionals themselves. Naturally many of the motivations are pure as the driven snow, but some are not. You don't get through school unless you parrot what is taught, and what sane person would want to sacrifice their license for doing that which they believe is moral? During COVID for quite a while, known TREATMENTS were outright prohibited or outlawed...what word could describe that sort of tragedy?
Happily with the Information Age, a lot of this will change. Already we know of the cheating, the development of deadly viruses, the tyrannical direction, and much more. We know about the crazed and over-regulated insurance system and overwhelming government involvement by way of funding and regulation. That knowledge will prove useful if and when enough people choose to see it and use it.
The day is coming when Artificial Intelligence will be able to scale, right to an individual's genetic makeup and the interaction with every bit that's ingested, down to the organ level and maybe even each cell itself. The numbers are too great for any human person or institution to know with accuracy, but not too great for AI. This isn't true now because AI depends on its programmers and they too, like all of the "public health" system, are strongly incentivized to engage actions that lead to less health, not more. This will change.
So how does a society engender the very best of knowledge and health care? This answer is already known and is obvious---unchain providers.
